Status: Common. Habit and Habitat: Found in all types of habitats such as homestead vegetation, garden, agriculture field, forest of low and high elevation. Commonly seen around Palm tree, which is its larval host plant. Flight weak. Not cover long distance at a single flight. When the male sit on leaf, it attaches its abdomen such as laying eggs. Male and female have difference. Wing of male have darken under parts but female have whitish in color. Often seen feeding on ripen fruit. Local Distribution: Widely distributed. Range: Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka
