Status: Rare. Habit and Habitat: Very fast flier. Flight near bushes close to ground. Restricted in the mixed evergreen forests. Often seen sipping on mud, wet rocks and sand banks in hilly trails. Underside color is dark reddish-grey and upperside dark bluish-purple. Most of the time neglecting for its underside wing color and shape, which is help it’s to camouflage within dry leaves. Local Distribution: Central and southeast forest of Bangladesh. Range: Bangladesh and India.
